In the time I have been training with Aliya, I have seen amazing physical results as well as crushed my fitness goals over and over again. When I began my fitness journey, I was the kind of person who would run on a treadmill, maybe do some bicep curls and call it a day. I just wanted to avoid gaining too much weight, and “stay active”. Thanks to Aliya’s guidance, I have realized that there is so much more to fitness. I had never been a particularly physically strong person, but Aliya encouraged me to try heavier and heavier weights, and I’m proud to say that I have gone from struggling to squat a standard barbell to squatting about 130% of my body weight. I never thought that I would be able to squat so much weight, and I look forward to continuing to break personal records! Every session with Aliya feels so productive and she always switches up the workouts which not only makes them more effective but also makes sure they’re never boring! I have also learned so much about what makes an effective workout routine, proper nutrition, and the exact muscle or muscle group that is used in an exercise. Aliya is professional, knowledgeable, and overall amazing to work with!
