As we age, movement becomes limited and our ability to react to sudden changes decreases. With Aging movement, the focus is on regaining flexibility and creating stability to safely navigate our environments.
Daily Movement
With our increasing sedentary lifestyles due to the current pandemic, daily movement can be a challenge. While most beneficial when combined with nutritional coaching, the focus of this program is keeping adults healthy.
Athletic Movement
Dominate your sport by training in the off season. Weekly programming available for most sports including martial arts. With this programming, the focus will be on strengthening your sports movements to help prevent injury and manage overuse.
